Ms. McDonald earned her diploma in Medical Administration with Honors distinction from the King City Campus of Seneca College in 1979. 

Ms. McDonald joins the CReATe sales management team bringing with her many years of experience in administrative support for emergency, paediatric, mental health and birthing units at both York County Hospital (Southlake Regional), Newmarket, Ontario and Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, Ontario.
