| This contest is open to residents of Canada aged 18 or older, except for employees, agents and representatives of CReATe Cord Blood Bank, their affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies, the suppliers of the prize(s), materials and services related to the current contest, as well as members of their immediate families (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother), their legal or de facto spouses and all persons with whom said employees, agents and representatives are domiciled. This contest is void in jurisdictions where prohibited by law. |

| Entering The Contest |

Completing the sentence: “The best thing about being pregnant is ...." will give you a chance to win free cord blood storage fee. Every entry from the same person will be counted once. |

Entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm EST on the last day of the contest period. |

| Prizing |
| Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. CReATe Cord Blood Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should all or part of the prizes becomes unavailable for any reason. |

| Winners |
| Winners will be contacted by facebook message within five business days after the draw. Upon notification, the winner must respond within 48 hours. If a winner does not respond or comply with contest rules, he/she will be disqualified. CReATe Cord Blood Bank is not responsible for the failure, for any reason whatsoever, of a winner to receive notification or for CReATe Cord Blood Bank to receive a winner’s response. |

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. |

Winners may be featured on the CReATe's website following the contest deadline, or announced using social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.). |
